@Road to Host Conference Call Regarding Completion of Vidus Acquisition and 2005 Financial Guidance

FREMONT, CA – March 8, 2005 – @Road, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARDI), a global provider of mobile resource management (MRM) services, will hold a conference call after market close on Tuesday, March 15, 2005 to discuss the closing of the Vidus acquisition and to provide financial guidance for 2005.

A conference call with Krish Panu, @Road president and CEO, and Michael Johnson, @Road CFO, is scheduled for Tuesday, March 15 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific time.
