@Road® Extends Timing of Its First Quarter 2005 Earnings Announcement

FREMONT, CA - April 27, 2005 -@Road, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARDI), a global provider of mobile resource management (MRM) solutions, has extended the timing of issuing its first quarter financial results, which was previously expected to be released on April 28, 2005, as it requires more time to complete and file the pro forma financial statements required in connection with its acquisition of Vidus Limited. The company now expects to issue its earnings release on May 5, 2005.

A conference call with Krish Panu, @Road president and CEO, and Michael Johnson, @RoadCFO, is scheduled for Thursday, May 5 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific time.
