Sprint Adds @Road® to PCS Telemetry Services to Offer End-To-End Mobile Resource Management Service to Enterprise Customers

Sprint Certifies @Road 3G 1xRTT Data Device, Enters Into Reseller Agreement

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., and FREMONT, Calif., June 10, 2003 -- Sprint (NYSE: FON), which operates the largest all-digital, all-CDMA Third-Generation (3G) wireless network in the United States, and @Road (Nasdaq: ARDI), a leading provider of mobile resource management services, announced today an agreement that provides nationwide availability of @Road mobile resource management services via the enhanced Sprint Nationwide PCS Network. The combined offering enables mobile workers from coast to coast to communicate job, location and time-relevant information from the field to the back-office at data speeds averaging 50 to 70 Kbps, with peak speeds of 144 Kbps.

Under terms of the agreement, @Road will offer enterprise customers a bundled solution that is comprised of @Road's mobile resource management services and @Road's device with an embedded CDMA module that has been certified for use on the enhanced Sprint Nationwide PCS Network.
