David Lebedeff
Vice President of Investor Relations

In his role as Vice President of Investor Relations, Mr. Lebedeff works with senior management to communicate an accurate portrayal of the company’s performance and prospects and to disseminate the message broadly to the investment community in a manner that conforms to Securities and Exchange Commission Regulation guidelines. He brings to @Road 13 years of experience in investor relations and treasury as well as over 4 years of experience as a securities analyst and 2 years as an investment advisor. Prior to @Road, Mr. Lebedeff held investor relations positions at Legato Systems and, Quantum Corporation, and was Vice President of Investor Relations for Merchants National Corporation, an Indianapolis-based multi-bank holding company. He was also a special situations equity analyst for NatCity Investments. Mr. Lebedeff holds a BA in Psychology and a BS in Economics from Purdue University, as well as an MBA from the University of Indianapolis. He also holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designations, and has passed the series 7, 63, and 65 securities examinations.
