The @Road^® State Mileage Report feature of GeoManager_SM tracks the miles each vehicle travels in each state in the union. The miles reported can be used when preparing quarterly Fuel Tax Reporting for your company. You can even generate the report for a month or a quarter at a time.

The State Mileage Report can be generated either On-Demand (right now) or Scheduled for delivery to email addresses or to your customized @Road FTP website where reports can be retrieved.

When filing your quarterly fuel tax reports under IFTA, one of the pieces of information you need to provide is the total miles traveled regardless of state and another is the total miles traveled by qualified motor vehicles within each member jurisdiction (State). The State Mileage Report provides this information to you, easily and automatically.

By subscribing to Extended Data Storage with State Mileage Report, you can generate the report by month or even by quarter. So imagine your notice comes for quarterly tax reporting, and you have already generated one @Road report totaling miles driven in each state by each vehicle in your fleet, and miles in total for an entire quarter at a time. You add fuel consumed appropriately. Having the miles driven in each state automatically calculated for you cuts out most or all of the manual effort in getting the information needed for reporting.
