Description
The Premium Reports feature is a series of new and separate reports that have been developed to meet specific business reporting needs.

Features of Premium Reports that are not found in standard reports include:

• Parameters, or filters, to allow only certain data to be displayed in report output.
• Compare productivity by mobile worker.
• Compare productivity by landmark type.
• Obtain location data in Latitude and Longitude instead of or in addition to street addresses.
• Exception reporting on mobile devices showing no activity in the parameter time period you specify.
• Mileage totals for reporting, cost tracking or reimbursement purposes.
• Different ways to analyze the way your Account Grouping is set up, so you can make changes as needed.

Premium Reports can be generated on-demand or scheduled for delivery.

Intended Use
Premium Reports are meant to enhance your business operations by providing information which otherwise would be calculated manually.

Requirements
No special version of firmware on your iLM^® Internet Location Manager or Pocket Edition phones is required to be able to generate Premium Reports. Premium Reports are compatible with GeoManager_SM, GeoManager Pocket Edition and Road Report applications.

Certain reports require specific features to be enabled on the account before the report can be ordered. For example, the Reconciliation Report Package (Detail and Summary Reports) show a layout of an account’s Account Grouping status; only Account Grouping subscribers may order the Reconciliation Report Package. The Forms Sent report calculates number of forms sent and average forms sent; this cannot be calculated unless the account has Two-Way Messaging enabled.
