Premium Reports Frequently Asked Questions
What are Premium Reports?
Premium Reports are a series of new and separate reports that have been developed to meet specific business reporting needs of GeoManager, GeoManager Pocket Edition and RoadREPORTSM customers. The Premium Reports you can receive as a GeoManager, GeoManager Pocket Edition and RoadREPORT customer include:

- Useful for highlighting longer or shorter stop duration, helping you to better manage mobile worker behavior

What will these reports offer my business?
Premium Reports calculate productivity measures and statistics about your mobile resources that are not calculated in standard @Road Reports. Your data is available for such metrics and uses as:
- Parameters, or filters, to allow only specific data to be displayed in report output
- Showing latitude/longitude locations instead of or in addition to street addresses
- Exception reporting on mobile devices showing no activity in the parameter time period you specify
- Totals of mileage by mobile worker and average miles per day
- Different ways to analyze the way your Account Grouping is set up, so you can make changes as needed
- Comparing productivity by mobile worker
- Comparing productivity by landmark type
By generating some of these new reports, based on your business needs, you can calculate productivity measures and in turn improve your operations.
